Jackets travel to Blacksburg to Face the Great Unknown

Only a police interrogation can get answers out of what the VT offense plans to do on Saturday. If that's the case, don't expect to see Michael Vick or DeAngelo Hall around Lane Stadium come kickoff.

Georgia Tech fans take great pride in knowing they had nothing to do with the new Jackets uniforms, but everything to do with PJ's discovery of the forward pass. I think the idea of throwing the ball forward came somewhere in section 206 in Bobby Dodd.

PJ has his team at 2-0. Right where they would expect to be according to PJ himself. I promise you this guy's nose gets wet when its about to rain somewhere. He just has a sense for everything. He senses a Hokie offense that is trying to figure out what to do.

Confidence should seep out of the Jackets defense heading into this weekends game with the Hokie Pokies. Lunch pale or not, the VT defense has their hands full in trying to defend the 3-0. PJ's offense isn't clicking yet, but it certainly isn't taking any steps backwards either. Guys on the perimeter are blocking better, Nesbitt looks as if he's making some better reads, and the offense as a whole looks like it is moving a little quicker than week number one.

Quick Predictions for this week:

Dwyer will get 20 carries and score 2 TD's

Nesbitt will be efficient in passing the ball

GT defense will stone wall a terrible VT offense

A sign will be seen on TV with a clever "we are the real TECH" (I'm yawning thinking about it)

GT will take care of the ball better this game

Scott Blair will continue to try be better than Blair on his kicks

PJ will yell at someone

Lucas Cox will squash somebody

GT will be 3-0 leaving Blacksburg
