Wofford Looking to Run over Eagles

Wofford. Nothing more needs to be said to sum up their style of play. Mike Ayers has senseid this team for 20 years and hasn't changes his style once. They will look to run the ball when they come into Paulson Stadium this saturday.

Inconsistency is generally the monikor for a young team. If this is a sign for GS, then I look for them to play better this week considering the "oh lay" defense displayed last week.

The Eagles couldn't stop the pass last week, but passing is certainly not Woffords style. They will look to run the ball, control the clock and keep the Eagle offense as meer spectators.

A few predictions for the big game:

Our running game needs to produce better numbers than last week. I think Hatcher is committed to seeing this through and we do it.

Our rush defense will give up big plays to Wofford on the ground.

GUS will crane kick Ayers in the face.

Wofford's total yards will be greater than GS total yards.

Covington will rack up 10+ tackles supporting the run.

Wofford will win the TO battle.

We will not record a sack.
